本文分析681例正常中老年人脑血流图、脑电图结果表明,自40岁起随年龄增加血管弹性逐渐减低、紧张度逐渐增高,但老年人改变较中年人更为显著(差别有特别显著意义P<0.01),其变化提示脑动脉硬化。但脑电图之明显异常表现,表明脑衰老似慢于脑血管功能状态改变。在反映脑血管功能状态上脑血流图则比眼底检查更为灵敏。为了解中、老年人尤其老年人脑血管功能状态与脑电活动相应关系,本文就219例正常老年人与462例正常中年人脑血流图、脑电图进行初步分析:
EEG analysis of 681 normal middle-aged and elderly patients showed that the EEG decreased gradually with the increase of age from the age of 40, and the tension increased gradually.
