癫痫是危害人民健康的常见病之一,脑电图常有许多特征性改变,故对临床诊断颇有价值。但癫痫病人,在发作间歇期脑电图阳性率只有29.6～50％。为提高脑电图对癫痫检查的阳性率,有多种诱发方法,剥夺睡眠诱发癫痫国外早已应用,国内报道尚少。现将我们临床检查的130例,结果分析如下。
Epilepsy is one of the common diseases endangering people’s health. EEG often has many characteristic changes, so it is valuable for clinical diagnosis. However, patients with epilepsy, intermittent episodes of electroencephalogram positive rate of only 29.6 ~ 50%. In order to improve the positive rate of electroencephalogram (EEG) examination of epilepsy, there are a variety of induction methods, sleep deprivation induced epilepsy has long been applied abroad, the domestic reports are still small. Now we clinical examination of 130 cases, the results are as follows.
