为探讨谱学技术在龙胆科“地格达”类蒙药材鉴别中的应用,分别采用近红外光谱分析和差示扫描量热分析技术对4种龙胆科“地格达”类蒙药材进行研究,并对得到的特征图谱进行系统分析。在近红外一维图谱4 250~4 400,5 650~5 800cm-1四者存在一定差异,在二阶导数图谱4 100~4 400,4 401~4 900,5 400~5 800 cm-1四者呈现显著差异;并且四者的DSC曲线具有明显不同的拓扑图形、特征峰及峰顶温度。通过近红外光谱分析和差示扫描量热分析2种谱学技术可实现4种龙胆科“地格达”类蒙药材的高效、准确鉴别,为龙胆科“地格达”类蒙药材的快速鉴别提供科学依据。
In order to explore the application of spectroscopy in the identification of gentianaceae gentian herbs, the effects of four kinds of gentian “Class Mongolia herbs for research, and the characteristics of the spectrum obtained by the system analysis. By NIR spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, two kinds of spectroscopic techniques can be used to achieve efficient and accurate identification of four kinds of gentianaceae, such as gentianaceae, ”Mongolian herbs quickly provide scientific basis for identification.
