患者男性,27岁。因右膝关节肿痛伴间隙性高热2月余就诊。2个月前,患者出现右膝关节肿痛,渐加重,伴高热。外院以“风湿性关节炎、化脓性关节炎”收治,疗效不佳。遂来我院,门诊以“风湿性关节炎”收治。入院查体:Ｔ39.3℃,Ｐ90次/分,Ｒ20次/分,ＢＰ18/10ｋＰａ。贫血貌,躯干及四
Patient male, 27 years old. Right knee pain with intermittent fever in February more than treatment. 2 months ago, the patient developed right knee joint swelling and pain, gradually heavier, with high fever. Outside the hospital to “rheumatoid arthritis, suppurative arthritis” admitted, poor efficacy. Then come to our hospital, clinic to “rheumatoid arthritis” admitted. Admission examination: T39.3 ℃, P90 beats / min, R20 beats / min, BP18 / 10kPa. Anemia appearance, trunk and four
