As a traditional festival of Central Yunnan Yi people, Mihaga ceremonies will be made of spring birds, tools and other important miniature woodcut art. In terms of aesthetic features, the Mo Gaha woodcut art reflects a primitive, simple, vivid and simple beauty. On the cultural connotation, it carries the good wishes of the Yi people. The aesthetic of woodcut art and its significance come from the sacrificial ritual life of the Mihaha. If we abandon the creation of the traditional woodcut art of Yi ethnicity and present the logic of its origin, we will lose the special primitive art of ceremonial woodcutting.
