本研究以畜产品加工学科的实际作为平台,展开了畜产品加工学科如何进行学科建设的思考,提供了加强对畜产品加工课程和内容的理解,加强畜产品加工学科带头人才的培养,开发畜产品加工学科教学的第二课堂,提高畜产品加工学科的教学质量,扩展畜产品加工学科建设的资源等方法,希望为建设现代化、市场化的畜产品加工学科体系、组织和结构有所参考。
