新生血管形成是肿瘤生长的必要条件,而且也是肿瘤发生、发展、浸润、转移的重要原因之一。肿瘤血管形成是一个复杂过程,目前研究认为血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体在该过程中起着重要的作用。国内外学者研究VEGF及其受体已有多年,近几年主要集中在VEGF及受体的调节与作用机制、与脑肿瘤血管形成及瘤周水肿的关系和抗脑肿瘤治疗等方面。本文对近年来VEGF/VEGFR的研究成果以及与脑肿瘤相关的部分进行综述。
Neovascularization is a necessary condition for tumor growth, but also one of the important reasons for tumorigenesis, development, invasion and metastasis. Tumor angiogenesis is a complex process. At present, studies suggest that vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptors play an important role in this process. Domestic and foreign scholars have been studying VEGF and its receptors for many years. In recent years, they have mainly focused on the regulation and mechanism of VEGF and its receptors, the relationship between angiogenesis and peritumoral edema in brain tumors and the treatment of brain tumors. This article summarizes the research findings of VEGF / VEGFR in recent years and the related parts of brain tumors.
