在总结冷轧(拔)钢管中间在制品和成品热处理生产实践及试验研究的基础上,论述了钢管冷变形后的组织特点及其热处理后力学性能的变化。针对用户对产品的不同使用要求,论述了多边化,再结晶,Ac_1～Ac_3之间及Ac_3以上温度的热处理工艺,及其各热处理工艺制度下的产品质量和力学性能。对缩短热处理时间也提供了生产实践经验和试验数据。
On the basis of summarizing the practice and experimental research on heat treatment of products and finished products in the middle of cold rolled (drawn) steel tubes, the characteristics of the steel after cold deformation and the changes of its mechanical properties after heat treatment are discussed. According to the different requirements of users on the products, the heat treatment process of polygonization, recrystallization, Ac_1 Ac_3 and above Ac_3 temperature and the product quality and mechanical properties of each heat treatment process system are discussed. To shorten the heat treatment time also provides production practice and experimental data.
