目的:研究胆管癌组织中 Bcl-2蛋白和 Fas-L蛋白的表达及意义。方法:免疫组化 SP法。结果;56例胆管癌中 Bcl-2蛋白阳性 38例(67. 86%)和 Fas-L蛋白阳性 31例(55.36%),与8例正常胆管中二者的阳性表达2例(25.00%)、7例(87.50%)有显著差异;Bcl-2蛋白和Fas-L蛋白在高分化癌(52.63%、73.68%)、中分化癌(66.67%、57.71%)、低分化癌(87. 50%、37. 25%)中的表达相关(P<0. 05)。结论:Bcl-2蛋白和 Fas-L蛋白在胆管癌的发生发展中起重要作用,测定Bcl-2蛋白和Fas-L蛋白有助于判断胆管癌的恶性程度和预后。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of Bcl-2 protein and Fas-L protein in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method. Results: Of the 56 cases with cholangiocarcinoma, 38 (67.86%) were positive for Bcl-2 protein and 31 (55.36%) were Fas-L protein positive, and 2 cases were positive for 8 cases of normal bile duct (25 cases). Conclusion: Bcl-2 protein and Fas-L protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of cholangiocarcinoma. The determination of Bcl-2 protein and Fas-L protein can help to determine the malignant degree and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma.
