本文从进入壁垒、市场集中度、规模经济、竞争强度、竞争透明度等方面分析了中国地方保护造成的市场分割对市场结构的独特影响,认为地方保护促成的市场分割改变了正常情况下的市场结构,使企业面临的外部环境发生质的变化。由于企业本质上是适应外部环境的效率组织,因而得出结论:中国企业的理性行为可能与国外企业的理性行为不同。
This article analyzes the unique influence of market segmentation on market structure caused by local protection in China from the aspects of barriers to entry, market concentration, economies of scale, competition intensity and competition transparency. It considers that the market segmentation promoted by local protection has changed the market structure under normal conditions , So that the external environment faced by enterprises have qualitative changes. As the enterprise is essentially an efficiency organization adapted to the external environment, it concludes that the rational behavior of Chinese enterprises may be different from the rational behavior of foreign enterprises.
