Rice paddy leaves were sprayed with paclobutrazol (PP333) and mixed with rare earth nitrate (Mn nitrate plus molybdenum and urea), which had no significant effect on rice yield and rice milling quality, but improved the cooking, eating and nutritional qualities of rice.
