目的:探讨CK蛳20在膀胱正常黏膜和膀胱癌组织中表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用RT蛳PCR方法检测膀胱正常黏膜和膀胱癌组织中CK蛳20 mRNA的表达情况,分析其与肿瘤分期、分级及复发的关系。结果:CK蛳20 mRNA表达在膀胱癌中阳性率为71.43 %(30/42),在浸润性肿瘤中阳性率相对较高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);在复发病例中阳性率(90 %)比初发者(54.55 %)明显要高(P<0.05)。但在所有正常对照膀胱黏膜中均无表达。结论:CK蛳20可以作为膀胱癌的一个较敏感、极特异的生物瘤标,且在复发的肿瘤中它的表达阳性率较高。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CK 蛳 20 in bladder normal mucosa and bladder cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: RT 蛳 PCR was used to detect the expression of CK 蛳 20 mRNA in normal bladder mucosa and bladder cancer tissues. The relationship between CK 蛳 20 mRNA expression and tumor stage, grade and recurrence was analyzed. Results: The positive rate of CK 蛳 20 mRNA in bladder cancer was 71.43% (30/42), while the positive rate in invasive tumors was relatively high, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The positive rate of CK 蛳 20 mRNA in bladder cancer was (90%) was significantly higher than the initial (54.55%) (P <0.05). But no expression in all normal control bladder mucosa. Conclusion: CK 蛳 20 can be used as a more sensitive and specific biomarker of bladder cancer, and its expression is positive in recurrent tumors.
