社会科学与公共政策的关系一直是学者与政策制定者高度关注的领域,截至目前,已涌现众多研究成果。然而,社会科学家和政策制定者仍然认为社会科学还没有被成功地应用到公共政策制定中去,它们之间始终存在着难以跨越的鸿沟。近年来,也有一些学者对这个问题持积极态度,认为社会科学与公共政策之间的鸿沟并非难以跨越,甚至在它们之间存在着某种可替代的对称性,给学界带来了新的研究思路。文章在社会科学与公共政策间加入公众参与维度,突破以往二元维度下的思考模式,建立社会科学、公共政策、公众参与三位一体的多元维度模式。
The relationship between social science and public policy has always been a field of great concern to scholars and policy makers. So far, numerous research findings have emerged. However, social scientists and policymakers still believe that social sciences have not been successfully applied in public policy making, and there is always an unbridgeable gap between them. In recent years, some scholars also hold a positive attitude toward this issue. They think that the gap between social sciences and public policies is not difficult to bridge. Even some alternative symmetries exist between them and new research has been brought to academia Ideas. The article joins the public participation dimension between social science and public policy, breaks through the thinking mode under the previous two-dimensional dimension, and establishes the multi-dimensional model of social science, public policy and public participation.
