不论是领导一个单位,或是负责一个工作部门,要想把工作做好,在提高自身工作能力的同时,还应十分注意争取下属人员对自己工作的支持,这是必不可少的。由此可见,领导者必须把调动人的积极性,做好人的工作作为最主要的任务。采取各种有效措施,把下属的工作热情最大限度地引发出来,使潜能最大限度的“外化”。笔者联系工作实际,试就如何激发下属人员的工作热情说几句。
