厦门市人力资源和社会保障部门于2009年11月开展的全市用工500人以上的企业调研中发现,2009年4月以来厦门市用工缺口1万多人,6月份后缺口进一步扩大。引起厦门市政府的高度重视,各级相关部门纷纷采取有力措施保障企业用工需求。企业也不断提高薪资福利待遇、改善用工环境以吸引和留住劳动者。在政府和企业双方的共同努力下,2010年全年厦门市新增就业人数18万多,部分缓解了企业的用工问题。
Xiamen Human Resources and Social Security Department conducted a survey on enterprises employing more than 500 people in the city in November 2009 and found that since April 2009, more than 10,000 people were employed in Xiamen City, and the gap widened further after June. Aroused the great attention of the Xiamen municipal government, relevant departments at all levels have taken effective measures to protect the employment needs of enterprises. Enterprises are also constantly improving their salaries and benefits and improving employment conditions to attract and retain workers. With the joint efforts of both government and enterprises, more than 180,000 newly employed people were employed in Xiamen in 2010, partially alleviating the employment problem of enterprises.
