目的:探讨一种简易安全的治疗脑出血并急性肺栓塞的新方法。方法:应用国产尿激酶30~40万U/d静脉注射治疗脑出血并急性肺栓塞15例。结果:15例患者中治愈6例,显效3例,有效3例,无效3例,有效率80%。结论:本法简便、安全、有效、经济。早期进行该治疗,对降低肺栓塞病死率。提高生存质量都有积极的意义。
Objective: To explore a simple and safe method for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and acute pulmonary embolism. Methods: Domestic urokinase 300000 U / d intravenous injection of cerebral hemorrhage and acute pulmonary embolism in 15 cases. Results: Among the 15 patients, 6 were cured, 3 were markedly effective, 3 were effective, 3 were ineffective and the effective rate was 80%. Conclusion: This method is simple, safe, effective and economical. The early treatment, to reduce the mortality of pulmonary embolism. Improve the quality of life has a positive meaning.
