储层物性参数预测技术是根据双相介质理论，综合使用地震、地质资料，以联合调试的迭代方法，把地震记录反演成地震应力，它为提取地层物性参数提供一种新的途径。该技术的分析成果能细致地反映储层岩性及其参数变化，进而可有效地预测油气富集带。该方法在本布图地区取得了较好的应用效果。
The reservoir property parameter prediction technique is based on the theory of two-phase medium, using the seismic and geological data synthetically, and using the iterative method of joint commissioning to invert the seismic record into the seismic stress, which provides a new way for extracting the physical property parameters of the formation. The analysis results of this technology can reflect the lithology of reservoir and its parameter variation meticulously, and then can effectively predict the hydrocarbon enrichment zone. This method has achieved good results in this area.
