[目的/意义]调研并分析美国、英国、加拿大、中国香港地区的10所知名高校图书馆现行以及最新推出的战略规划,希望借此对国内高校图书馆制定战略规划提供有益参考,另一方面也希望对图书馆开展各项业务有所借鉴和启示。[方法 /过程]选择THE排名前列的国外及香港地区综合性高校以及内地可获得的样本数据,利用Tagxedo可视化展示高校图书馆工作的发展重点及变革趋势,并对内地高校图书馆与国外及香港地区高校图书馆战略规划的异同点进行比较分析。[结果 /结论]内地高校图书馆应更多呼应所在机构的战略规划,自上向下制定战略目标,加强战略规划认知,规范制定程序,完善规划流程,建立评估机制,同时公开战略规划文本,提高实施监督力度。在编制战略规划文本时,既要加强现有业务的开展,也要寻求新的业务增长点,给学校教、学、研工作提供有力保障。
[Purpose / Significance] To investigate and analyze the current and newly-launched strategic plans of 10 well-known university libraries in the United States, Britain, Canada and Hong Kong, China, hoping to provide useful reference to the strategic planning of domestic university libraries. On the other hand Also hope for the library to carry out various business lessons and enlightenment. [Method / Process] Selecting the most advanced universities in overseas and Hong Kong as well as the available sample data in the Mainland, using the Tagoxedo to visualize the development focus and trend of the university library’s work, and comparing the university library in China and other countries and Hong Kong Regional university library strategic planning similarities and differences between the comparative analysis. [Results / Conclusion] The university libraries in China should respond more to the strategic planning of their institutions, set strategic goals from top to bottom, strengthen the understanding of strategic planning, standardize the procedures, improve the planning process, establish the evaluation mechanism and open the strategic planning texts , Improve the implementation of supervision. In the preparation of the text of the strategic plan, we must not only strengthen the existing business but also seek new business growth points so as to provide effective protection to teaching, learning and research in schools.
