1994年4月～1996年11月在老年保健设施内使用汉方药的235例老年患者,年龄64～95岁,有效率为73.2％。共使用汉方药25种,其中18种为常用药,用药观察时间为顿服2年,给药2～4周,若无效则停药或改用其他药物,将其分为4组。第1组为2周内短期给药组:包括五苓散、桂枝汤、柴胡桂枝汤、小青龙汤、苓桂术甘汤、猪苓汤、桂枝加芍药汤、麻子仁丸、麻黄附子细辛汤。第2组为2周～2个月中期给药组:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎
From April 1994 to November 1996, 235 elderly patients who used Kampo medicine in elderly health care facilities aged 64 to 95 years old had an effective rate of 73.2%. A total of 25 kinds of Kampo medicine were used, of which 18 were commonly used drugs. The observation time of the medication was 2 days for Dayton and 2 to 4 weeks for administration.
