医疗质量是医院管理工作的重要内容,提高医疗质量是医院管理的根本目的。随着医院改革的深入发展,医院改革能否保证医疗质量的不断提高,越来越引起社会的关注,因而,加强医疗质量管理,显得更为重要。在医院改革的新形势下,医院实行承包经营过程,必须强调全面质量保证和质量管理,要正确处理好改革措施与质量保证的关系,下面就医院加强医疗质量管理谈几点看法。
The quality of medical care is an important part of hospital management. Enhancing the quality of medical care is the fundamental goal of hospital management. With the further development of hospital reform, whether hospital reform can guarantee the continuous improvement of the quality of medical care has aroused more and more attention from the society. Therefore, it is more important to strengthen medical quality management. Under the new situation of hospital reform, hospitals must implement the process of contracted management. They must emphasize overall quality assurance and quality management. They must correctly handle the relationship between reform measures and quality assurance. The following points are made on the hospital’s strengthening of medical quality management.
