随着现代汽车技术的发展,汽修行业要求学校培养的高素质人才不仅要有专业能力,而且要有社会能力、方法能力及创新精神,传统的教学方法难以达到这些要求。运用以职业活动为导向,以人的发展为本的行动导向教学法将会很好地达到这些要求。立足中职汽修教学的现状,尝试实施行动导向教学法进行教学,并分析了行动导向教学法的基本理论,给出了实践案例、效果评价以及推广的价值。
With the development of modern automobile technology, the high-quality talents required by the auto repair industry require not only professional competence but also social ability, method capability and innovative spirit. The traditional teaching methods can hardly meet these requirements. The application of action-oriented pedagogy that is oriented toward professional activities and based on people’s development will meet these requirements well. Based on the status quo of vocational auto repair teaching, we try to implement the action-oriented teaching method and analyze the basic theory of the action oriented teaching method. The practical cases, the evaluation of the effect and the promotion value are also given.
