【摘 要】 目的：研究分析老年患者心绞痛的护理效果。方法：选取我院2012年11月至2013年11月收治的58例老年心绞痛患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各29例，给予对照组常规护理，给予实验组综合性护理，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果：通过护理后，实验组患者的总有效率为89.66%，对照组患者的总有效率为72.41%，实验组的护理效果明显优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论
