选派学生去日本实习是我校日语专业近几年来的一项教学实践改革。实习生们通过面试后在日本进行为期三个月的实习,能够将课堂所学知识与实践结合起来,增加见闻,锻炼劳动技能,提高语言能力。同时,实习过程中学生也存在一些不适应,受到过批评。教师及时跟进、维护实习生权利,使学生利用好实习机会,并有所收获。
The selection of students to go to Japan for internship is a teaching practice reform of Japanese major in our school in recent years. Intern internship in Japan after interview for 3 months, can combine the knowledge and practice learned in the classroom, increase knowledge, exercise labor skills, improve language skills. At the same time, there are some students in the process of internship does not meet, have been criticized. Teachers follow up in a timely manner to safeguard the rights of interns so that students can make good use of the internship opportunities and gain something.
