1908年Aschner和Dagnini首先描述眼科手术时发生缓脉及心脏功能改变称为眼心反射。国外曾有报道斜视手术中因严重眼心反射而死亡者。从此眼心反射渐为医务人员所重视。眼心反射最常发生在眼肌手术和网膜脱离手术,眼球摘除后,直接压迫眶内容可发生,但双重睑术后拆线引起眼心反射不多见。我院眼科门诊于1981—1986年共行双重睑手术728例。拆线引起眼心反射者18例占同期双重睑手术总数的2.3%。现报告如下:
Aschner and Dagnini first described in 1908 the occurrence of ophthalmic surgery and slow changes in cardiac function is called eye reflex. Foreign strabismus surgery has been reported due to severe ocular reflex and death. From the eye reflection gradually medical staff attention. Ocular heart reflex occurs most often in ophthalmic surgery and retinal detachment surgery, eye removal, the direct compression of the orbital can occur, but double eyelid surgery to cause eye line reflex is rare. Our hospital ophthalmology clinic in 1981-1986 a total of 728 cases of double eyelid surgery. Erection caused by eye reflex in 18 cases accounted for the same period double eyelid surgery 2.3% of the total. The report is as follows:
