新生血管性青光眼和一部分有症状的绝对性青光眼的处理,一直是眼科医师感到棘手的课题。一般滤过性手术和一些破坏性手术效果并不理想。近年来Krupin等采用阀门植入术治疗此类青光眼取得好的效果。我院开展此项手术六例,疗效比较满意,现报导如下: 临床资料:6例中,男性4例,女性2例,年龄36～80岁。绝对性青光眼3例,近绝对性青光眼2例,新生血管性青光眼1例。眼压40.38mmHg～59.10mmHg。青光眼发
