目的：探讨鼻敏合剂治疗变态反应性鼻炎的作用机制。方法：选用２０例变应性鼻炎患者，口服中药鼻敏合剂，用药前、后行变应原皮肤试验，观察阳性皮疹数量及其直径大小。结果：用药后阳性皮疹数量降低，皮疹直径变小或皮疹消失（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：鼻敏合剂可抑制Ⅰ型变态反应的发生，对变态反应鼻炎有治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Bimin Mixture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Twenty patients with allergic rhinitis were treated by oral administration of Nao Min Mixture. Before and after treatment, the allergen skin test was performed to observe the number of positive rash and its diameter. Results: The number of positive rash decreased, the rash diameter became smaller or the rash disappeared (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nao Min Mixture can inhibit the occurrence of type Ⅰ allergic rhinitis and has therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
