随着科学技术、医疗水平的不断提高,新材料、新技术在医疗领域的规范应用,越来越多的高值耗材在临床应用越来越普遍,大大地提高了医疗的安全与患者的舒适体验,但由于高值耗材的价格昂贵,给患者带来的经济负担,也高医院的医保管理部门带来超支压力。为进一步加强我院高值耗材、贵重药品的临床应用管理,规范高值耗材、贵重药品的合理应用,减轻患者的医药费用负担,参照卫生部关于高值耗材的相关规定,设计此系统。本系统所称高值耗材,一般指直接作用于人体、对安全性有严格要求、临床使用量大、价格相对较高、社会反映强烈的医用耗材。主要包括医用专科治疗用材料,如骨科植入耗材、人工晶体、人工乳房、外科补片、吻合器、介入诊疗耗材(心血管介入、神经介入、外周血管介入、综合介入等)、起搏器、电生理、其他金属或高分子植入器材等价值较高的医用材料。随着科学技术发展和医疗技术的不断创新,高值耗材的使用量不断增大,品种型号繁多,涉及骨科、心内科、介入等各类材料近2000种型号。对植入性医疗器械进行信息化管理是一个亟待解决的技术课题。解决方法:建立关系数据库,采用条形码技术录入植入性医疗器械产品数据,实现数据管理和信息监管,为了方便工作人员使用,联系HIS开发人员,建立物价、收费软件接口,做到耗材出库自动记账。做好试点科室的需求调研,调试相关功能模块,利用测试患者样本来检测程序可靠性。结果系统以其产品编码化、数据标准化、管理信息化、监管全程化和信息透明化的特点,建立起可追溯的长效监管机制。

With the development of science and technology and the continuous innovation of medical technology, the use of high-value consumables has been increasing. There are many varieties of models covering nearly 2,000 kinds of materials such as orthopedics, cardiology and intervention. Information management of implantable medical devices is an urgent technical issue to be solved. Solution: To establish a relational database, using bar code technology to enter implantable medical device product data, to achieve data management and information supervision, in order to facilitate the use of staff, contact HIS developers, the establishment of price, billing software interface, so that supplies out of the library automatically Bookkeeping. Results The system established a long-term traceability mechanism by virtue of its product coding, data standardization, management informatization, full supervision and information transparency.
