自1949年10月1日中央人民政府成立到现在,已经整五周年了。在这短短的五年中,我国的面貌起了根本的变化。我国胜利地进行了土地改革、抗美援朝、镇压反革命、恢复国民经济等大规模的斗争。在头三年完成了恢复的工作,自1953年起,进入了第一个五年建设计划。在这将近两年中,许多建设工作都是超额或提前完成了任务的。更重要的是在1954年9月通过了我国的第一个宪法。这个宪法以共同纲领为基础,同时
Since the establishment of the Central People’s Government on October 1, 1949, it has already reached its fifth full anniversary.
