在开展高产优质运动中,我厂制瓦工段职工由于任务大,设备差,物资供应不足,特别是柴油供应不足。针对这个问题发动制瓦工人开展鸣放辩论,由张承海同志提出用胶皮钉在瓦模上代替擦油的意见,通过一个多月的试验,基本获得成功,效果良好。现简介如下:1.用法:根据瓦模大小,确定用胶皮多少。把胶皮蒙在瓦模的平面,上、下瓦模两边均镶上铁皮,其作用是加强胶皮的稳固性;胶皮最好是天然胶,厚度最好不超过1毫米,否则瓦模需要大改,而且也影响瓦的质量。我们目前因买不到好胶皮,是用架子车里带试验
