为了研究60Co-γ辐射对干旱胁迫下无芒雀麦种子萌发及芽苗生长的影响,试验采用50,100,150,200,250,300 Gy剂量60Co-γ辐射无芒雀麦干种子,采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)为渗透胁迫测定无芒雀麦种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽苗长度和主根长度。结果表明:质量分数为10%PEG-6000是无芒雀麦诱变种子萌发期的最佳干旱胁迫质量浓度;随着辐射剂量的增加,无芒雀麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈现先升高后降低的趋势;芽苗期在辐射剂量为200 Gy以上时,芽苗、主根长度均呈下降趋势,且主根的生长受到极度抑制。
In order to study the effects of 60Co-γ radiation on seed germination and seedling growth of A. brunnea under drought stress, 60Co-γ radiation at 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 Gy was used to irradiate the dried seedless bromegrass seeds. PEG- Osmotic stress was used to determine the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, sprout length and main root length of Bromus inermis. The results showed that the best concentration of 10% PEG-6000 was the best drought stress concentration in germinating seeds of Bromus inermis; with the increase of radiation dose, the germination rate, germination energy, germination index Which showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the radiation dose was more than 200 Gy, buds and main roots showed a decreasing trend and the growth of main roots was extremely inhibited.
