无论是老企业改造成为股份合作制或新办企业直接办成股份合作制,都面临着大量的完善运行机制的工作,必须始终坚持规范化运作,以保证股份合作制改革的健康发展。 1、搞好资产评估和股权界定是基础 资产评估是老企业改造为股份合作制企业的一项特别重要的工作,它既要保证集体资产不受损失,又要对全体股东和经营者负责;既要评估有形资产,又要评估无形资产。因此,来不得半点虛假,要抽调精通业务的有权人员,做好扎扎实实工作。
