从学校毕业后,我进入一家银行工作,成了一名最基层的柜员。网点指定一位师傅带教我,负责我柜面业务、规章制度的学习。一开始,我对什么都充满好奇,虚心求教,认真记着笔记。但几天过后,我便很难专注地坐在师傅身边认真观察他操作的每一笔业务,总觉得那不过是简单的重复劳动,而我已经掌握了所有关键点,于是网点里出现了一个四处闲晃的身影。终于轮到我单独上柜工作了。虽然,一开始我很紧张与忐忑,但在认真复习了一遍笔记之后,我还是“勇敢”地踏上了工作岗位。
