研究了一种利用材料反射特性对激光功率密度实现有效衰减的方法。利用经典的Phong混合反射模型,对材料表面的反射特性进行了理论分析,给出了在连续激光辐照的情况下,辐射度、观测角和功率之间的函数关系。选取了材料Phong混合反射模型的参数,利用TracePro软件数值模拟得到了该激光功率密度衰减结构的透射光场三维空间分布及透射率与测试点距离的关系曲线,并与实测结果进行了比较,具有较好的吻合度。研究结果表明,该衰减结构可以有效实现激光功率密度衰减,并可用作激光参数定量测量的一种有效衰减方法。
A method of achieving effective attenuation of laser power density using material reflection characteristics was studied. By using the classical Phong hybrid reflection model, the reflection characteristics of the material surface are theoretically analyzed. The relationship between the irradiance, observation angle and power is given under continuous laser irradiation. The parameters of the Phong hybrid reflection model are selected. The three-dimensional spatial distribution of the transmitted light field and the relationship between the transmittance and the distance of the test point are obtained by the numerical simulation of TracePro software. Compared with the measured results, Good agreement. The results show that the attenuation structure can effectively attenuate laser power density and can be used as an effective attenuation method for quantitative measurement of laser parameters.
