自 1 995～ 1 999年 ,我科共诊治小儿旋毛虫病 1 5例 ,其中 9例在入院时被误诊为急性黄疸性肝炎 ,现报道如下。1 临床资料1 .1 一般资料 9例患儿男 6例 ,女 3例 ;年龄 6～ 1 4岁 ,发热 8例 ;纳差乏力腹痛 9例 ;恶心、呕吐 8例 ;巩膜及皮肤轻中度黄染 9例 ;四肢肌肉疼痛 9例
From 1995 to 1999, 15 cases of pediatric trichinosis were diagnosed and treated in our department. Nine of them were misdiagnosed as acute jaundice hepatitis on admission and are reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 9 cases of 6 males and 3 females; aged 6 to 14 years old, fever in 8 cases; nausea and vomiting abdominal pain in 9 cases; nausea and vomiting in 8 cases; mild and moderate sclera and skin Yellow dye 9 cases; limb muscle pain in 9 cases
