1.叶琢堂致翁文灏函1937年10月29日霓先生大鉴:十月廿二日大示奉悉。关于赴德华货,自八月十三日沪战发生迄今,已购入五百十七万余元,惟开战两星期内,上海交通暂时全归停顿,嗣后中德轮运,迄未完全恢复,经陆续设法由太古船分批运港转德,截至现在止,共已运出一百六十六万余元。查此项购运之所以较前减色,出口困难固为一因,同时,上海与内地交通之窒碍及兵险问题,为尤难解决,本局曾与美最时商洽合作,亦以由产地运至集中地点固属不易,由集中地点运至出口地点更感困难,中外各保险工作既皆拒绝保兵险,货到出口地点时间又复无从估计,致外运舱
