本文描述采取字选择的优点,构成大型、快速、中等价格的磁心存储器的方法。采用扩散型结式整流器作为导引二极管的双座标选择系统可以取得低廉的价格,利用这类整流器恢复时间相当慢的这一特点而得到具有偏流开关磁心同样作用的自动重写选择。所用方法取消了普通的禁止线,使存储方阵简化为双线方案。最后,将普通的磁心方阵几何位置重新排列使数位线的绕线简化为平衡型双线扭绕传输线以消除写后干扰效应。
This article describes a way to take advantage of word selection to make a large, fast, mid-range core memory. The use of a diffused junction rectifier as a bidirectional diode-based two-coordinate selection system can be achieved at a low price. The use of such rectifiers to recover time considerably slows the performance of automatic rewrite with the same effect of a bias switch core. The method used cancels the normal forbidden line, simplifying the storage square as a two-line solution. Finally, rearranging ordinary geometric positions of the square core array to simplify the winding of the digit line into a balanced two-wire twisted transmission line eliminates the post-write interference effect.
