石景山的成功背后有怎样的必然逻辑?下一个十年,石景山又能否保持中国数字娱乐第一区的江湖地位?时间回溯到2003年。石景山在全市率先提出重点发展数字娱乐产业,同时开始软课题研究,并于当年制定出台了《石景山区关于鼓励支持数字娱乐产业发展的办法》,积极引进数字游戏、数字动画等企业。
Shijingshan success behind what kind of logical inevitable? The next ten years, Shijingshan and whether China can maintain the status of the first district of digital entertainment? Time back in 2003. Shijingshan took the lead in the city to focus on the development of digital entertainment industry, and at the same time started the research on soft topics. In the same year, it formulated and promulgated “Measures for Encouraging and Supporting the Development of Digital Entertainment Industry in Shijingshan District” and actively introduced such enterprises as digital games and digital animation.
