Radioimmunoassay study found that 615 line mouse peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) with high-density lipoprotein (HDL3) HDL3 specific, high affinity, saturated HDL receptor. L615 mouse leukemia lymphocyte HDL receptor activity was significantly increased, the maximum receptor binding (Bmax) was significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.001), while the affinity was lower than normal, but with the number of peripheral white blood cells increased (Kd) were (4.533 ± 0.41) × 10-8mol / L (P <0.001), (3.65 ± 0.27) × 10-8mol / L, respectively 3.00 ± 0.14) × 10-8mol / L, P> 0.05], until no significant difference with the normal control group. While Bmax decreased gradually (5.65 ± 0.24μg / mg cell protein, 4.40 ± 0.23μg / mg cell protein and 3.32 ± 0.93μg / mg cell protein respectively (P <0.001) .
