校本研修是促进教师专业发展的有效形式,随着信息技术的迅速发展和移动终端设备的大量普及,智慧课堂作为一种新兴的教与学环境,在我国基础教育中逐步开展试点。新的教与学环境对教师的教学理念、专业知识、教学技能和专业情意都提出了更高的要求,为促进教师调整专业结构并提升教育教学技能,本文提出了专家引领、组建实践共同体、提供技术支持以及推行“未来教育家”工程四个校本研修的途径,并在东莞松山湖实验小学进行应用。
School-based training is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of mobile terminal equipment, as a new environment of teaching and learning, the wisdom classroom has been gradually piloted in basic education in our country. The new teaching and learning environment puts forward higher requirements on teachers ’teaching ideas, professional knowledge, teaching skills and professional affection. In order to promote teachers’ professional structure adjustment and enhance teaching and learning skills, this paper proposes that experts lead, form a community of practice, Provide technical support and implement “school of future education” four school-based training approach, and in Dongguan Songshan Lake Experimental Primary School for application.
