在改革开放总方针的指引下,我国商品流通领域的开放取得显著成果,引进了大量外资,有力地推动了流通现代化。截至1998年6月,商品流通领域已建立三资企业18130家,利用外资项目22800个,实际利用外资200.8亿美元。长期以来,我国流通设施陈旧、管理滞后,外资进入后,这一状况得到了极大改善,这种变化最早开始于餐饮、饭店、照相、美发美
Under the guidance of the general principle of reform and opening up, China’s opening up of the commodity circulation sector has achieved remarkable results, and has introduced a large amount of foreign capital, which has effectively promoted circulation modernization. As of June 1998, 18,130 foreign-funded enterprises have been established in the field of commodity circulation, and 22,800 foreign-funded projects have been used, with actual use of 20.08 billion U.S. dollars of foreign capital. For a long time, China’s circulation facilities were outdated and management was lagging behind. After the entry of foreign capital, this situation has been greatly improved. This change began at the beginning of catering, restaurants, photography, and hairdressing.
