目的了解云南部分奶源地原料奶中黄曲霉毒素M1污染现状,为以后的监测提供依据。方法收集奶牛养殖户原料奶50份,企业收购混合原料奶9份,采用免疫亲和层析净化高效液相色谱法检测分析。结果 62.7%样品检出黄曲霉毒素M1,其检出平均值为0.0252μg/kg,最大检出值为0.3960μg/kg。结论原料奶中黄曲霉毒素M1检出率较高,但所有阳性样品检出值都在国家标准限定范围内,总体上属于轻度污染。
Objective To understand the status of aflatoxin M1 contamination in raw milk of some milk sources in Yunnan and provide the basis for future monitoring. Methods Fifty dairy cows’ raw milk was collected and the company purchased 9 mixed raw milk, which was detected by immunoaffinity chromatography and purified by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Aflatoxin M1 was detected in 62.7% of the samples, with an average of 0.0252 μg / kg and a maximum detectable value of 0.3960 μg / kg. Conclusion The detection rate of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk is high, but the detection values of all the positive samples are within the limits of national standards and generally belong to mild pollution.
