妇幼保健保偿制（简称保偿制）在农村实施过程中，在乡镇一级水平上，逐渐形成了两种模式，即以卫生院为基础的保偿制和以计生办为基础的保偿制。作者通过农村妇女对两种保偿制的认识和评价，来揭示保偿制实施的效果。结果显示：入保妇女对保偿制的认识比没入保妇女认识深刻，但仍有一部分群众对保偿制认识不够；人们对卫生院实行保偿制更为满意。
In the process of rural implementation, the maternity and child health guarantee system (abbreviated as the guarantee system) has gradually formed two models at the level of townships and villages, namely, the reimbursement system based on health centers and the guarantee based on family planning offices. system.
