头孢克啶(cefclidin)系头孢类抗生素,对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌均有广泛的抗菌谱,对柠檬酸菌、肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌的抗菌效力较头孢他啶(ceftazidime)强。对β-内酰胺酶稳定,且结合亲和性极小。此外,还具有血清蛋白结合率低,肺组织转运良好等特点。静注时半减期1.75小时,12小时后大部分经肾排泄,24小时内回收率90％,几乎不代谢。 33例呼吸道感染患者静滴本品7～14日,每日2次,每次1g。结果,显效6例,有效24例,稍有效3例,有效率90.9％。表明临床效果良好。33例中30例判明致病菌,对36株细菌的效果为流感嗜血杆菌7株,肺
