采用St56—90精密旋压机,经过两道次错距旋压,将毛坯由12mm减薄到2mm,生产规格为Φ356×2×1000的30CrMnSiA大直径薄壁筒形件,尺寸精度得到较大幅度提高,而且与原三轮同平面旋压相比,减少了三道次,省去了旋压过程中半成品的软化退火,简化了工艺流程,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。此工艺现已用于批量生产。本文分析了交错距对旋压工艺的影响原因,并提出了调整压下量分配的相应办法。
