当今社会,在繁荣发展的同时,也不可避免的衍生着许多丑恶现象。在社会各类型犯罪中,青少年犯罪占全部犯罪的比例呈上升趋势。其年龄层次越来越低,手段越来越残忍。随着科技的进步,网络的普及,信息犯罪的行列中也突出年轻的面容。造成这种现象有多方面的原因,其中最根本的是社会环境的变化,如:社会不良文化的影响,法律规章制度不完善等等。针对这些问题,笔者提出了几种应对措施。
In today’s society, while flourishing, many ugly phenomena are inevitable. Among all types of social crimes, the proportion of juvenile delinquents in all crimes is on the rise. Its age is getting lower and lower, means more and more cruel. With the progress of science and technology, the popularization of the network, the information crime ranks also highlight the young face. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. The most fundamental one is the change of social environment, such as the influence of bad social culture, the imperfect laws and rules and so on. In response to these problems, the author put forward several countermeasures.
