目的增强门诊护理管理,提高疾控整体服务质量。方法疾控中心门诊2015年1月至6月收治患者768例(对照组),7月至12月收治患者784例(观察组),对照组应用常规护理管理,观察组优化护理管理,比较两组患者的HAMA评分和满意度。结果两组护理后HAMA评分的对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组满意度的97.4%高于对照组的94.8%(P<0.05)。结论增强门诊护理管理,提高疾控整体服务质量,对改善患者焦虑情绪、提升护理满意度具有重要意义。
Objective To enhance outpatient care management and improve the overall quality of service for disease control. Methods The CDC outpatients received 768 patients (control group) from January to June 2015, and 784 patients (observation group) from July to December. The control group received routine nursing management and the observation group optimized the nursing management. Group HAMA score and satisfaction. Results The HAMA scores of two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.4% higher than that of the control group (94.8%, P <0.05). Conclusions Enhancing the outpatient nursing management and improving the overall quality of service for disease control are of great significance for improving anxiety and improving patient satisfaction.
