目的探究优质护理服务在腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期护理效果。方法选取2014年4月至2016年10月收治的106例腹腔镜胆囊手术患者临床资料进行分析,按照护理模式的不同分为对照组(53例)与研究组(53例),对照组予以基础护理,研究组予以优质护理,观察两组并发症、心理状态与疼痛评分。结果研究组并发症总发生率11.32%较对照组26.41%显著低(P<0.05),研究组心理状态与疼痛评分与对照组相比均显著低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗患者在围手术期运用优质护理可有效降低并发症现象,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effect of high quality nursing service in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 106 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from April 2014 to October 2016 were analyzed and divided into control group (53 cases) and study group (53 cases) according to different nursing modes, and the control group Nursing, research group to give quality care, observe the two groups of complications, psychological status and pain score. Results The overall incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (11.32% vs 26.41%, P <0.05). The psychological status and pain scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in patients with perioperative management of quality care can effectively reduce the phenomenon of complications and improve patient quality of life.
