结合钢水脱氧原理及夹杂物排除机理,论述了铝镇静钢改硅镇静钢浇注后期钢包水口堵塞的原因。在此基础上制定了精炼过程的优化操作,从而避免堵塞现象的发生。
Combined with the principle of molten steel deoxidation and the exclusion mechanism of inclusions, the reasons for the blockage of the ladle nozzle during the late casting of Al-killed steel into silicon-killed steel are discussed. On the basis of this, an optimization operation of the refining process is developed so as to avoid the occurrence of clogging.
