2011年狄爱芝所在公司承建了近3万平方米面积的苏州药明康德新药开发公司一期工程获得了中国建设工程鲁班奖,小公司获得了大奖的消息迅速传遍了上海江苏建筑界。因狄爱芝是有名的小木匠,因而有人戏称是小木匠得了大鲁班奖,而获奖背后的故事更加动人。狄爱芝担任苏州药明康德一期工程的项目经理时,就明确了争创国家优质工程“鲁班奖”的目标。建立了完善的质量管理体系,成立了创优领导小组和QC质量活动小组。编制了详细的创优施工组织设计方案,为工程创优建立了扎实的基础。
In 2011, De Aizi’s company contracted nearly 30,000 square meters of area. The first phase of Suzhou WuXi PharmaTech Co., Ltd. won the Luban Prize of China Construction Project. The news of the award winning the small company spread quickly to Shanghai’s construction industry in Jiangsu Province. Because Di Ai Zhi is a famous little carpenter, so some people jokingly called a small carpenter won the Luban Prize, and the story behind the award-winning even more impressive. When Di Aizhi was the project manager of the Phase I project of Suzhou WuXi PharmaTech, he clearly defined the aim of striving for the national quality project “Luban Award”. The establishment of a sound quality management system, the establishment of excellence leading group and QC quality activities group. Developed a detailed excellent construction organization design, engineering excellence established a solid foundation.
