心肌梗死是冠心病患者主要死亡原因之一。骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植治疗心肌梗死具有良好的前景。作为重要的检查方法 ,超声检查已应用于MSCs移植治疗心肌梗死的动物实验及临床研究中。本文对超声检查在心肌梗死MSCs移植治疗中的研究进展作一综述。
Myocardial infarction is one of the major causes of death in patients with coronary heart disease. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation has a good prospect of myocardial infarction. As an important method of examination, ultrasonography has been used in animal experiments and clinical studies of MSCs transplantation for myocardial infarction. This review summarizes the progress of ultrasound in the treatment of MSCs transplantation in myocardial infarction.
